At Oasis Snacks, we strive to ensure every bite meets our high standards; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or store credit.

Our quality assurance team will review your request to ensure it meets our safety and freshness guidelines for food-grade returns.
Return Authorization
If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on whether the physical product needs to be sent back.
Resolution
Once your claim is finalized, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
